April is Stress Awareness Month. It’s a big issue and has a big impact. We’re going to take this month to look at the different sides of workplace stress, specifically what stress is, how it can be useful and practical ways to manage it.

H is for the HEART: Of each person.

The first H within H.E.A.L.T.H.Y career is for HEART. HEART captures our need for our work to connect with us in some way. Our values and overall sense of what we stand for has to be reflected in and supported by our jobs.  Awareness of our HEART also helps us to make decisions and gives us a guiding light when we’re feeling lost.
